Bryson Tiller – TRAPSOUL: Album Review

For a guy who nobody really knew to making an album everyone seems to love is a massive achievement. Don’t was that first solo single which made an impression – he is back and he’s better. In a time where so much new music is being released, this 22 year old artist has creeped his way into the charts with a unique sound to R&B. I reckon his success was driven through soundcloud.

It’s a personal album and you can tell, he sings/raps about relationships and life in general. It’s got a ‘chill’ vibe as oppose to ‘turn up’ which I like. Dope beats, lyrically entertaining – almost storytelling. Yes you’ve got the slow jams but he does occasionally switch it upbeat – look out for Overtime and Rambo (I be hearing them a lot). I’ve posted my current favourite below, but be sure to check out the full album.
